The experience of the staff allows the management of any type of veneer. Depending on the final product required, plates, carefully selected to allow homogeneity between different products, may be connected with wire or glue . With the aid of master craftsmen, Tagliabue F.lli also produces inlays on drawing.
Thanks to cutting machines, Tagliabue F.lli can work any type of panel: plywood, blockboard, mdf, particle board. Using advanced programs all panels are manufactured according to the best possible cutting optimization.
The panels can be cut edging from thickness 6mm to get to 50mm. All types of edges are used: wood or paper, in abs or laminate, in coil or wads. Depending on the intended use, the panels are trimmed using hotmelt or polyurethane. The panels can also be edged softformig for edges in abutment, or 45 °, or shaped curved or with special designs.
Directly connected with the engineering department, which develops industrialization, there are six CNC machines dedicated to drilling, 2 multiheads pantographs for the panels shaping. In addition there is also a vertical boring machine that works with polish panels without damaging the finish.
The specialization of Tagliabue F.lli is working on folding. Thanks to two dedicated machines any material can be cut folding starting from 4mm up to 50mm thickness. In addition to the classic cut at 45 °, cuts at different angles in design or with curved rays have been developed. Qualified personnel then bonds the individual components by checking the perfect execution.
A line of sanding, three cabins for the bottom and two pressurized for the finishing are at the heart of the company. Different coating cycles are handled every day, depending on the required finish: matt, gloss, and essence are treated equally. The personalization of the piece occurs daily.
Qualified fitters assemble and certify the quality of each piece. The products are then packaged with suitable protection and labeled ready to be shipped wordwide.
